View system →The Company Brain is a structured, living memory for a company's AI. Agents read it before a task and update it after: decisions, pricing logic, past cases, what changed and why. Ask a question and the answer draws on your company's own history, with the sources cited. It runs on your hardware and you own every file.
How it works
before a task, the agent pulls the relevant entries: the pricing rules, the last similar case, the decision that changed the approach in March.
when the task ends, the agent appends what happened and what changed, as a dated entry a person can read and correct.
ask "how do we price this?" and the answer cites the exact entries it used, with their dates. New hire or ten-year veteran, everyone works from the same memory.
Hardest part
A memory nobody trusts is worse than none. The work is in what gets written: entries have to be atomic, dated and owned, so a wrong one can be found and corrected instead of quietly poisoning every answer after it. The Brain is deliberately plain files a person can open, not an opaque vector store. If you can read it, you can trust it, and so can the model.
Works with
Any system we build can ship with a Brain. It does the most for a Private or Trained LLM, where whole teams ask it questions.
